Prior roles include Corporate Care Specialist for specialized programs with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and the Canadian Forces, as well as Admissions Counsellor at Bellwood Health Services. Hanna's background in addiction services includes positions such as Intake and Assessment Counsellor and Residential Care Worker at Homestead Addiction Services. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Family and Community Social Services from the University of Guelph, a Social Service Worker Diploma from Humber College, and specialized training in motivational interviewing and smoking cessation from the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
