Alesia B. is an experienced education professional with a strong background in curriculum development and instructional design. Currently, Alesia serves as the Company Owner of A Brock Star Enterprise, LLC, where comprehensive learning and development strategies are designed and implemented in alignment with organizational goals. Prior experience includes working as a Practical Curriculum Content Designer for Arlington ISD, focusing on identifying process improvements and contributing to test strategy development, and as a Science Curriculum Writer for Fort Worth ISD, facilitating professional learning and effective teaching strategies. Alesia's career began as a Science Teacher at Liberty County School System, where leadership of cross-functional teams and stakeholder collaboration were cultivated. Alesia possesses a Master's degree in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, and a Master's degree in Public Health from American Military University.
