Rose Ann Tobias san Martin M.ed.

Rose Ann Tobias San Martin, M.Ed. serves as the Program Director at The San Antonio Education Partnership since September 2023 and previously held the position of Program Manager at Edgewood ISD starting in September 2022. Rose Ann has been a Project Facilitator at SAISD since September 2016 and served as Program Manager at San Antonio Education Partnership from September 2021 to September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at The University of Texas at San Antonio from November 1999 to September 2016. Rose Ann holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master’s Degree in Education from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
