Devin Blackman has a strong background in property management. Devin started their career at Sawyer Realty Holdings LLC as an Account Manager in 2005, where they worked until 2007. Devin then joined Realty Management Services, Inc. as a Property Manager from 2007 to 2013. Following this, they worked at Bozzuto as a Multi-site General Manager / Property Manager from 2013 to 2018. Currently, Devin is serving as the Vice President of Operations / Regional Property Manager at Edgewood Management since September 2018.
Devin Blackman attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2000 to 2004, where they studied Computer Engineering. In terms of certifications, Devin obtained an IZ & ADU Certification from the National Center for Housing Management in April 2022. They also received a Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in August 2020, a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) certification from the National Association of Home Builders in August 2017, and an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification from IREM in May 2014. Additionally, Devin holds a DC Property Manager License from the District of Columbia Real Estate Commission, although the specific month and year of acquisition are unknown.
