Jason Salamon has a strong background in human resources, with over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles. Jason currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Edgewood Management, where they provide strategic HR leadership for a residential property management company specializing in affordable housing. Prior to Edgewood, Jason held positions as Vice President of Human Resources at Vornado Realty Trust and SAIC, where they led strategic HR initiatives and played a key role in organizational change management. Jason also served as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Central Parking Corporation and held progressive HR positions at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Additionally, Jason is actively involved in the HR community, serving on the Board of Directors for HR Alliance DC and volunteering on the Industry Advisory Committee for Sunflower Bakery.

Jason Salamon completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) degree with a focus on International Business and Human Resources from American University in the years 1988 to 1992. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Management from The George Washington University from 1995 to 1998. Aside from their formal education, Jason also obtained several certifications related to human resources. In 2009, they became a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certified by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Jason earned additional certifications as a Certified Predictive Index Analyst from PI Midlantic in 2013 and as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2015. Most recently, Jason obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in 2018.
