Moran Taichler

Moran Taichler is currently the VP of People at Edgybees. Prior to this, they were with Sela Group from July 2010 to December 2019 where they served as the Head of People & Talent Acquisition Lead. In this role, they were responsible for daily mutual work with the company's Co-Founder and acting CEO, served as the point of contact for general employee requests and questions, and was responsible for setting and implementing HR policies within the company. This included work procedures that efficiently regulated issues pertaining to employee wellbeing, welfare and recruitment activities.

Moran was also responsible for HR planning, including planning the company's incoming and outgoing personnel, as well as organization-level budget planning. Additionally, they outlined the company's business policy and served as a professional entity for heads of departments.

In terms of recruitment, they were responsible for screening and interviewing students interested in joining the company's talent acquisition program. Moran was also responsible for identifying and leading operational improvements based on KPIs.

Finally, they were also responsible for employee wellbeing, including company events, team building days and holiday gifts, as well as the Employee Benefit and Retention Program. Moran also worked with vendors on social platforms and professional networks.

They are on a team with Craig Brower - President, Johnny Mohseni - Engineering Director, and Burke Greer - Director of Product. Moran Taichler reports to Adam Kaplan, CEO & Co-Founder.
