Abderrahman Benouhoud

Abderrahman Benouhoud is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Finance M&A and Investor Relations at Virbac since May 2021, Abderrahman also holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Finance at EDHEC Business School, focusing on Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Valuation. Prior to these roles, Abderrahman was the Head of Finance at STEERING LEGAL, where responsibilities included overseeing financial matters across multiple business units and presenting updates to the Board of Directors. Abderrahman’s tenure at Accor spanned nearly 14 years, culminating in the role of Vice President Finance for the Middle East & Africa, where significant contributions included implementing change management programs and leading M&A activities. Abderrahman holds an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from EDHEC Business School.
