Jérôme Frizzera-Mogli has an extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Jérôme is currently the Head of innovation & business development at EDHEC Augmented Law Institute, where they have created three business lines to bring more impact to research. Prior to this role, they worked as a Research Associate in Legal Transformation/Legal Talent Management at EDHEC Business School. Before joining EDHEC, they were an Advisor for Professional Orientation at the Career Center. Jérôme also worked as an Advisor for Talent, Training & Digital Transformation at Les Fées.studio. Earlier in their career, they served as the Legal Manager & Business Development Special Operations at MANYPLAYERS SPORT GAMES, involved in licensing agreements. Jérôme started their career as a Consultant at ESSEC-MA and as a Lawyer at Alerion Société d'Avocats and Gide Loyrette Nouel. Jérôme also worked as an M&A Manager at FINANCIERE ST MERRI and as the Founder and CEO of Magicmaman. Additionally, they gained experience as an Advertising Manager at LA TRIBUNE and as a Consultant in change management at ACCENTURE.
Jérôme Frizzera-Mogli has a diverse education history. In 1991, they attended EDHEC Business School. Later, in 2001 and 2002, they pursued a Master's degree in business law. Following this, in 2002 and 2003, they enrolled in a Master's program focusing on public law, specifically research. In 2005, they obtained a certificate from French Bar Attorney. In 2011 and 2012, they studied coaching at the Ecole de Psychologues Praticiens, earning a certificate. In 2014, they studied neuroeconomics and how the brain makes decisions at the Higher School of Economics. Jérôme also engaged in a course on systemic approach (Palo alto) at the Ecole de Psychologues Praticiens in 2017. Finally, in 2019, they expanded their skills in theatre improvisation by attending Cours Florent.
