Illana Lane

Illana Lane, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Consultant in the Educational Leadership Practice at EDI Executive Search since July 2023. Prior to this role, Illana Lane held the position of Vice President for Academic Affairs at Holy Family University from June 2022 to March 2023. Illana Lane was also the Chief Assessment and Learning Officer at Medaille College from January 2016 to May 2022, and previously served as Division Head and Dean of the School of Education at the same institution from 2009 to 2015. Illana Lane earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Foundations and a Master of Education from the University at Buffalo, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Administration of Justice from Penn State University.
