Ashish Mathur

Ashish Mathur has extensive experience in customer operations, product support, and client services, currently serving as Chief of Staff and Global Head of Customer Operations at Edifecs since February 2009. Prior to this, Ashish held multiple leadership positions at Talisma Corporation from July 2000 to January 2009, focusing on CRM implementation across North America, APAC, and EMEA. Earlier experience includes a consulting role at NIIT from March 1997 to June 2000. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Bangalore University.
