Ravi Soin

Ravi serves as Head of IT, SaaS Cloud Operations & Facilities, overseeing the SaaS Cloud operations, day-to-day global facilities and operations, and corporate IT systems. This function includes infrastructure platform architecture, data center management, HIPAA compliance, disaster recovery and global 24x7 operations staff. Ravi was also instrumental in the design, planning and execution of Edifecs’ highly acclaimed office space, and heads Edifecs’ environmental conservation efforts.

Prior to joining Edifecs, Ravi spent over a decade at Microsoft, where he held a variety of product engineering leadership roles. Ravi is responsible for over 60 inventions which have been patented internationally.

Ravi holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, as well as an MBA from the University of Washington.
