Shahab Alam is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of People Development at Edifecs since August 2011, Shahab has previously held leadership roles in human resources at notable companies including Oracle Financial Services Software Inc as Vice President of International HR, TCG Software Services as Vice President of HR, and Silverline Technologies as Director of Human Resources. Shahab's foundational career began in various HR positions at VST Industries, Tata Unisys Ltd, and ITC Ltd. An alumnus of Rutgers University with a Master's in Human Resources Management, Tata Institute of Social Sciences with an MA in PM & IR, and Osmania University with a B.Sc in Life Sciences, Shahab's academic background complements a robust professional trajectory.
