Raquel Carlos

Raquel Carlos is a Brazilian educator who has worked in the field of content development and management for over 25 years. Raquel began their career as a Head of Course Management and Design at Cultura Inglesa, where they worked for 22 years. In 2015, they joined Learning Factory S.A. as Editorial Manager, and held that position for three years before moving to Spot Educação as Content Development Executive Manager. Raquel held that position for three years before returning to Learning Factory in 2021 as Acadêmico.

Raquel Carlos has a Master's Degree in Professional Development in Language Education from the University of Chichester, where they specialized in Affect, Materials Development & Young Learners. Raquel also has a degree in Business Administration and Management from COPPEAD UFRJ, and a diploma in EFL from RSA Cambridge. Raquel also has a law degree from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a teaching degree in English from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.
