Kimberly Handren

Kimberly Handren possesses extensive experience in education, with a focus on language instruction and special education. Currently serving as an Education Associate at Edina Public Schools since August 2017 and as a Spanish teacher and program developer at EXCELL Academy for Higher Learning, Kimberly has developed and implemented diverse educational programs. Previous roles include teaching at various educational institutions, including Woodcrest Spanish Immersion Elementary School, Spectrum High School, and Osseo Area Schools. Kimberly's qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Berea College, a Master of Divinity from the Graduate Theological Union, and an elementary teaching certificate from Hamline University. Kimberly's multifaceted background combines language proficiency, special education, and a commitment to effective teaching in a variety of settings.
