Lynnea West

Lynnea West is an experienced educator with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various teaching and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Library Media Specialist at Edina Public Schools since August 2018, Lynnea previously worked as a Third Grade Classroom Teacher and i-Learn Coordinator at Eden Prairie Schools, where a strong focus was placed on coaching and collaboration to enhance student learning. Additional experience includes serving as an English Language Arts Specialist at Eden Prairie Schools and teaching at Edina Public Schools in multiple grades. Lynnea's education includes a Library Media Specialist degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of St. Thomas, a Bachelor’s in International/Global Studies from St. Norbert College, and a Master's in Library & Information Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Lynnea's journey also includes impactful service as a Peace Corps Volunteer.
