Mae Grigsby

Mae Grigsby is an experienced educator currently serving as a 4th Grade Teacher at Edina Public Schools since August 2024. Prior to this role, Mae taught 3rd Grade at Fountain-Fort Carson School District 8 from August 2018 to May 2024 and held several summer teaching positions across various grade levels. In addition to classroom teaching, Mae has experience as an Ice Skating Coach at Sertich Ice Center and Sports Stable, and contributed to guest experience at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum. Earlier roles included nannying and child care, showcasing a strong commitment to child development and education. Mae has also held leadership positions during college, including President of the Gustavus Figure Skating Club and Proclaim Leadership, along with involvement in organizations such as Kappa Delta Pi and the Student Educators Association. Educated at Gustavus Adolphus College, Mae is pursuing a Master of Arts in Education with an Emphasis on Trauma and Resilience at Concordia University-St. Paul.
