Michelle Desnoyer

Michelle Desnoyer has a diverse work experience in marketing and business development. Michelle'scurrent role is as the Growth & Performance Marketing Director at Edina Realty, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Marketing Manager at Kognitiv Corporation from June 2020 to February 2021. Before joining Kognitiv Corporation, Michelle worked as a Global Marketing Manager and Sales and Marketing Specialist at Aimia Inc from April 2019 to June 2020 and from January 2018 to April 2019, respectively. Earlier in their career, Michelle served as the Marketing and Business Development Manager at Trinity Exteriors, Inc from March 2016 to January 2018, and as the Sr. Marketing Manager at Original Rainbow Cone Llc from February 2009 to March 2016. In their previous roles, Michelle has demonstrated abilities in leading marketing strategies, increasing inbound leads and sales, reducing marketing spend, enhancing client retention, and managing budgets. Michelle has also excelled in digital marketing, brand strategy, and social media marketing.

Michelle Desnoyer is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in English, Political Science, and Technical Writing at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
