Alan Paterson

Alan Paterson is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over a decade, currently serving as IT Operations Team Lead at Edinburgh Airport since March 2015. Previous roles at Edinburgh Airport include IT Operations Engineer, IT Service Team Leader, IT Project Manager, Senior IT Service Engineer, and IT Service Desk Engineer. Prior to Edinburgh Airport, Alan worked as an IT Helpdesk Analyst at Webhelp UK, where support was provided to 8000 users across multiple locations, and as an IT Apprentice supporting a contact centre. Alan holds a degree in IT Management for Business from Edinburgh Napier University, completed in 2021, and has further education from QA Academy and Saint Mungos High School.
