Edinburgh College
After starting her career in London for MI6, Toni undertook a law degree and a postgraduate degree in Oil and Gas law. She worked for Wellcome in the Human Resource department specialising in industrial relations, and undertook a spell as an International HR Manager. During that time, Toni completed her CIPD (Chartered Institute for Professional Development) qualifications and a BA with the Open University - before taking her bar exams.
Toni returned to Scotland where she joined Scottish & Newcastle Plc. working in the Industrial Relations Department. During this period Toni completed a Masters degree in Industrial Relations at Leicester University.
More recently, Toni has worked on a self-employed basis for organisations in the private, public and third sector - including the CIPD, where she delivered courses leading to employment law qualifications. Toni is currently an Employment Tribunal member.
Toni previously sat on both the Board of the former Jewel & Esk College and Stirling University and in both chaired the HR sub committees
