Andrea Nolan

Andrea Nolan serves as the Principal and Vice-Chancellor at Edinburgh Napier University since July 2013. Additionally, Andrea holds the position of Convenor for the Universities Scotland International Committee since August 2020 and previously for Universities Scotland from August 2016 to July 2020. Prior experience includes roles at the University of Glasgow, where Andrea was the Senior Vice Principal and Deputy Vice Chancellor, Vice Principal of Learning and Teaching, and Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine from August 1999 to June 2013. Andrea's educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Bristol, various Diplomate qualifications from prestigious veterinary colleges, and recognition as a Fellow of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
