Tara Goodall

Tara Goodall (MCIPD) serves as an HR Business Partner at Edinburgh Napier University since July 2008, focusing on enhancing the effectiveness of Schools and Professional Service functions by aligning structures, skills, and contractual arrangements to foster a high-performing culture. Tara plays a pivotal role within leadership teams, offering valuable insights and HR expertise to Deans and Directors through constructive challenge and regular feedback. Prior to this, Tara held various HR positions, including Human Resources Advisor at Scottish Water and HR Co-ordinator at The University of Edinburgh, and possesses solid educational credentials with an MSc in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a degree in Sociology from The University of Edinburgh.
