Edinburgh Rugby
Jim Parsons is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in media management and marketing within the sports sector. Currently serving as a Communications Executive at Edinburgh Rugby since December 2021, Jim has previously held the role of Media Manager at Scotland Rugby League Limited and worked as a Marketing & Design Executive at Wisden. Additional experience includes positions as Communications Coordinator at the Diocese of Edinburgh and Publicity and Publications Officer at St Mary's Episcopal Cathedral. Early in their career, Jim also contributed as a Brand Ambassador for BikePure and a Publicity and Sponsorship Officer for the Edinburgh University Cycling Club. A brief stint as an Engineering Apprentice with the Royal Air Force provided valuable experience in organizational skills. Jim Parsons holds an MA (Hons) in Theology from The University of Edinburgh, earned in 2018.
