Keith A Veres

Keith A Veres, CPA, CGMA, CEPA, currently serves as a Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist at Edison Business Advisors since July 2025. Prior to this role, Keith held multiple positions at HBK CPAs & Consultants from September 1991 to July 2025, including Principal and National Director of the HBK Corporate Finance (M&A) Practice, as well as Principal and National Director of HBK's Transaction Advisory Services & Corporate Finance Practices. Additionally, Keith was a Financial Advisor at HBKS Wealth Advisors from September 2014 to February 2025. Keith holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Mercyhurst University, completed in 1991, and graduated from Erie Cathedral Prep in 1987.
