Harsh Shah

Harsh Shah, CFA, CA, MBA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and investment banking. Currently serving as a Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist at International SOS since January 2023, Harsh previously worked at Orbit Financial Capital from October 2018 to December 2022 in investment banking. As an MBA Consultant at CUHK MBA from August 2017 to September 2018, Harsh excelled in applied entrepreneurship by remodeling a business and successfully raising USD 1 million in seed capital. Harsh also held positions as Deputy Manager at Baker Tilly from January 2016 to April 2017 and Assistant Manager at Deloitte from July 2012 to December 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from CUHK Business School, a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and completion of the CFA program.
