Currently, as Director of Member Experience at Edison House since June 2021, Lauren focuses on fostering an inclusive environment that promotes connection among members. Previously, as Head of Membership and Marketing at Edison House, Lauren successfully attracted a diverse community aligned with the organization's core values. Lauren's experience includes serving as Vice President of Marketing & Communications at The Lotus Company, where strategic marketing initiatives were developed for multiple hospitality brands, and as Marketing Director at Squatters Craft Beers & Wasatch Brewery, overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies. Early career roles included Senior Event Marketing Manager at Salt Lake Brewing Company and Digital Account Manager at Marketing Outfitters. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Utah.
