Marineuza Da Silva Dias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and customer experience. Currently serving as the Director of Member Experience Quality at Workplace Options since May 2016, Marineuza has held various roles such as Quality and Customer Care Manager and Service Quality Manager. Previously, Marineuza worked as a Communication Consultant at Assa Abloy Portugal and managed quality at Sisvend Group, where significant achievements included the implementation of an ISO 9001 quality management system and establishing a marketing department from scratch. Early career experience includes coordinating event production at Parque Expo 98 SA. Marineuza holds a Professional Diploma in Customer Experience from The CX Academy, an MBA from IMF Smart Education, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
