Vanessa C.l. Chang

Vanessa C.L. Chang is a seasoned corporate leader with extensive experience in governance and oversight roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Non-Executive (Independent) Director and Audit Committee Chair at Transocean Ltd., Vanessa also holds similar positions at Edison International and Forest Lawn Memorial Parks Association. In addition, Vanessa has been involved with American Funds and Sykes Enterprises, contributing to key committees including Compensation and Nominating & Corporate Governance. Previous leadership includes roles as CEO of ResolveItNow.com, Senior Vice President at Secured Capital, and a Partner at KPMG LLP.
