Leonardo Mazza

Leonardo Mazza is an experienced business development professional currently serving as the Head of Business Development for Large Industrials in the Hydrogen Department at Edison Next since May 2021. Notable achievements include securing an equity partnership with Sosteneo Energy Transition Fund to advance green hydrogen projects in Italy, and establishing a decarbonisation initiative with Iris Ceramica Group for the ceramics industry. Prior experience includes significant roles at Edison SpA, where contributions included the execution of major divestitures and renewable energy acquisitions, and positions at Deutsche Bank AG and Alpiq Energia. Leonardo holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi and a Management Engineering degree from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
