Carolina Sala

Carolina Sala currently serves as Finance Systems & Processes Project Manager at Edison SpA, a role started in 2022 focusing on finance transformation and the continuous improvement of operational models within the division. Prior to this, Carolina held the position of Head of Planning & Control for the Energy Services Market Division from 2017 to 2021, where responsibilities included managing P&L accounts, budget elaboration, and financial reporting.
