Fabio Dubini has an extensive work experience in the energy sector. Fabio began their career in Eni in 1990 and later joined Edison SpA in 1999 where they held various managerial roles in M&A, Business Development, Gas & Power Optimization, and Trading. During their time at Edison, they successfully completed the acquisition of the second largest power generator in Italy. In 2009, they became the Deputy Head of the Gas Division at Edison, responsible for negotiation, optimization, and management of transportation and storage contracts, as well as gas marketing and sales on foreign markets. In 2012, they joined EDF as the Head of LT LNG & Gas Supply Negotiation and Origination, where they identified, negotiated, and executed new LNG and gas supply contracts. Fabio also worked on short-term marketing and monetization of regasification capacity and originated new business opportunities for the gas/LNG portfolio. In 2017, they returned to Edison as the Senior Vice President of Development & Portfolio Management in the E&P Division, focusing on M&A, corporate development, and portfolio management. Fabio later became the Deputy CEO of Edison E&P and CEO of International E&P and served as the President of the Board of Directors of various subsidiaries. In 2021, they took on a new role as the Executive Vice President of Gas & Power Portfolio Management and Optimization at Edison SpA. Overall, Fabio Dubini has demonstrated expertise in strategy, negotiation, and management within the energy industry throughout their career.

Fabio Dubini has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from MIP Politecnico di Milano. Fabio also holds a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. Additionally, they have completed coursework in Merger and Acquisition and Project Finance at SDA Bocconi.
