Massimo Arculeo has extensive experience in finance and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Head of Special Projects in the M&A Department at Edison SpA since May 2017. In this role, Massimo successfully managed the sale of Edison's headquarters to Dea Capital and led the acquisition of Gas Natural Italia. Prior to this position, Massimo was the Head of Project Finance at Edison SpA, overseeing the financial processes for long-term investments since September 2001. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Senior Analyst in project finance at Mediocredito Centrale SpA, a Credit Analyst and Customer Manager at Monte dei Paschi di Siena, and a Financial Analyst at Istituto Mobiliare Italiani. Massimo holds a degree in Corporate Finance from Luiss Guido Carli University, completed in 1988.
