Ronan LORY serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Edison SpA since January 2022, overseeing multiple executive functions including Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, M&A, Markets & Credit Risks, Procurement and Insurance. Prior to this, Ronan held key positions including Chief Operating Officer at JERA Global Markets, managing Middle and Back Office operations, and Managing Director at JERA Trading, focusing on global coal and freight trading. Ronan's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at EDF Trading and Finance Director for EDF Energy’s ESCS division, where responsibilities encompassed financial control and risk management. Notable achievements include leading significant acquisitions and divestments in the energy sector. Ronan's professional journey began at A.T. Kearney as a Senior Associate, complemented by an MBA in Finance from ESCP Business School.
