Ehab Salama has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the food and beverage industry. Ehab started their career at Food Machinery Trading as an Operation Manager, overseeing production line installations and commissioning in multiple countries. Ehab also led dealership contract negotiations and built the sales strategy in Egypt. Salama then joined PepsiCo, where they held positions such as PCE Technical Manager, Nasr City Plant Manager, Manufacturing Director, and Engineering Director. In these roles, they were responsible for production planning, facility expansion, quality assurance, and environmental sustainability. Since 2015, Salama has been working at Edita Food Industries, initially as the Engineering and New Investment Director, then as the Operations Director, and currently as the Vice President of Industrial Operation. In these roles, they have played a vital role in overseeing operational activities, driving growth, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the company's industrial operations.
From 1989 to 1994, Ehab Salama attended Cairo University where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Computer Control.
