Emad Mekhael is a seasoned professional in food science and technology, currently serving as the Production Section Head at Edita Food Industries since June 2008. In this role, Emad has successfully implemented innovative projects to enhance production line capacity and oversees multiple production lines for cakes, croissants, Bake Rolz, and Bake Stix. Previously, Emad held the position of Quality Control Section Head, ensuring compliance with various certifications such as ISO 22000, HACCP, OHSAS 18001, AIB, and HALAL. Emad's career began at the Food Technology Research Institute, where responsibilities included food analysis and training in quality control systems. Emad also gained experience as a Production Engineer at El-Marwa Food Industries Co. Emad holds a PhD and an MS in Food Science and Technology from Cairo University.
