Meeta Chatterjee

Meeta Chatterjee has been a board member at Editas Medicine since 2019. Prior to that, they were with Legend Biotech from 2018-2019. Before that, they spent nearly 30 years at Merck, where they were Head of Strategy, Transactions and Operations for BD&L. Meeta also oversaw Merck's out-licensing efforts. Prior to Merck, they were with Schering-Plough Research Institute for 25 years.

Meeta Chatterjee received a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Rutgers University. Meeta then completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physiology from Rutgers University- New Jersey Medical School. After their PhD, they did a post-doctoral fellowship in Physiology at University of Virginia School of Medicine.
