Preethi Bapna

Preethi Bapna currently serves as the VP of Corporate Strategy & Communications and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Editas Medicine since April 2024. Prior to this role, Preethi held various leadership positions at Novo Nordisk from September 2018 to April 2024, including Senior Director and Chief of Staff to the CFO of North America Operations, where responsibilities involved building an internal consulting unit and setting strategic direction for a significant affiliate. Preethi's experience also includes being a Venture Fellow at Fission Ventures, a Senior Strategy Manager at Genentech, and a Manager at PwC Advisory, where various impactful projects were executed. Earlier roles in Preethi's career included management consulting at Capgemini and marketing in the pharmaceutical sector at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Preethi Bapna holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University.
