Cheryl Croce

Cheryl Croce is a seasoned professional with significant experience in strategic operations and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Strategic Initiatives and Operations Manager at Edith Cowan University's Nutrition & Health Innovation Research Institute since February 2021, Cheryl focuses on developing nutritional approaches to enhance health and researching plant-rich diets' effects on cardiovascular disease. Previously, Cheryl held multiple roles at the University of Western Australia, including Business Manager for the Public Policy Institute and Centre Manager for the Centre for Social Impact, contributing to bridging academic research with real-world policy solutions. Cheryl's career also includes over eleven years as General Manager and co-founder of Entrust Private Wealth Management, and a Business Development Manager role at Hartleys Limited. Cheryl holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia, completed in 2007.
