Edward Doherty

Edward Doherty is a seasoned construction project director with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects within the education and health sectors. Currently serving as the Construction Project Director at Edith Cowan University since January 2021, Edward is leading the $853 million ECU City Campus project, focused on reshaping Perth's CBD. Prior roles include serving as Project Director at Health Infrastructure, where Edward oversaw significant health projects in Sydney, including the $700 million Campbelltown Hospital Redevelopment. Additional positions held encompass management roles at Sydney Catholic Schools, Johnstaff Projects, Telethon Kids Institute, Aurora Projects, and Incoll Management Pty Ltd. Edward earned a degree in Building Construction Management and Property from UNSW between 2003 and 2006, demonstrating a strong foundation in construction management.
