Thomas Roy

Thomas Roy is an experienced professional in innovation management and project leadership, currently serving as Responsable des programmes d'innovation at Lefebvre Sarrut since June 2022, focusing on European scale innovation programs including intrapreneurship and open innovation. Previously, Thomas held roles such as Chef de projet Innovation at Ordre des experts-comptables Paris Ile-de-France and Startup Program Manager at INNEST, where responsibilities included managing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Thomas's earlier experience includes project management positions at Disneyland Paris and OpenM, as well as internships in communication and project assistance with organizations like Welcome City Lab and Public Partner. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Economic Intelligence and Strategic Communication from IAE de Poitiers, complemented by degrees in Communication from Izmir University of Economics and Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
