Saboura Dounia

Saboura Dounia currently serves as the Directrice de la Communication at the Ministère des Transports et de la Sécurité Routière since April 2022. In addition to this role, Saboura has been an Auteure at Editions l'Harmattan since January 2018. Previously, from February 2018 to December 2019, Saboura held the position of Chargée de communication at the Présidence de la République du Tchad.
