Daniela Monteiro

Daniela Monteiro currently serves as the Diretora de Recursos Humanos at Editora do Brasil, a role assumed in July 2023, overseeing all products and services related to human resources. Prior to this, Daniela held the positions of Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding and Gerente de Talent Acquisition at Via from August 2021 to May 2023. From August 2006 to July 2021, Daniela contributed to Banco Santander in various roles, including Gerente de Talent Acquisition, Business Partner, PMO RH, and Especialista de DHO/Educação Corporativa. Daniela began their career as an Analista de Recrutamento e Seleção at Casa Santa Luzia from April 2005 to August 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2003-2007) and a specialization in Human Resource Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas (2009).
