Annum Sadiq has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. In 2010, they were a Student Leader for Global Zero, an NGO based in Washington DC, and an Intern for UNICEF. In 2011, they worked as a Teacher for the Karachi Grammar School and a Sub Editor for the Express Tribune. In 2013, they were a Communications Specialist for the USAID Dairy Project and the Punjab Education Sector Reform Program. In 2015, they were a Graduate Fellow for Education Pioneers. Finally, in 2016, they were a Co-Founder for EDKASA and a Project Manager for the City School Head Office.

Annum Sadiq's education history consists of a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy (2014-2016), a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Lahore University of Management Sciences (2007-2011), and A Levels in Social Sciences from Karachi Grammar School (2005-2007).
