Jen Zwilling is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Edlavitch DC Jewish Community Center since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jen served as the Chief Strategy and Campus Success Officer and Vice President for Strategy and Measurement at Hillel International from March 2014 to January 2023, where responsibilities included leading the development and implementation of Hillel’s Strategic Implementation Plan and creating an organizational scorecard to evaluate the effectiveness of 150 Hillels across North America. Additional experience includes positions such as Leap Ambassador at Leap Ambassadors Community, Associate Vice President, and Director of Human Resources at Hillel: The Foundation for Jewish Campus Life, and Director of Program and Professional Development at Jewish Community Centers of Greater Boston. Jen holds a Master's Degree in Jewish Communal Leadership and Near Eastern and Judaic Studies from Brandeis University and a Bachelor's Degree in Religious Studies from Indiana University Bloomington. Current education includes participation in the Executive Leadership Seminar at Harvard Business School.

Edlavitch DC Jewish Community Center
The goals of the Edlavitch DCJCC are to preserve and strengthen Jewish identity, heritage, tradition and values through a wide variety of social, cultural, recreational, and educational programs and services. The Center accomplishes these goals in ways that reflect the unique location and role of the Center in the nation’s Capital and the many contributions of the American Jewish community in the United States. While the Center is designed primarily to fulfill the needs of the Jewish community and to preserve and enhance the culture, traditions, ethics, and philosophy of Judaism, membership and participation in activities of the Center are open to all residents of the metropolitan area. The Edlavitch DCJCC is a member of the Jewish Community Center Association (JCCA), a beneficiary agency of the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, and a designated agency of the United Way.
