Jon Pfarr

Jon Pfarr serves as the Operations Manager for the Ohio and Pennsylvania region at EDL since October 2016, overseeing safety, operations, maintenance, generation, and budgetary expenses across seven sites. Prior to this role, Jon Pfarr was the Manager of Work Management at NRG Energy from July 2008 to October 2016, where responsibilities included managing the Work Management process for generation stations. Jon Pfarr's career began in the U.S. Navy, serving as an EMC in the Nuclear Propulsion Program from May 1988 to July 2008. Jon Pfarr is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at Arizona State University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Arts from the same institution.
