Steven Threm has an extensive career in operations and project management within the construction and energy services sectors. Currently retired, Steven has served as Operations Manager for the Midwest Region at Energy Systems Group since June 2011, contributing to innovative energy efficiency solutions. Prior to this role, Steven held positions such as Operations Manager at Teng & Associates and Regional Vice President & Project Executive at ET Environmental Corp. LLC, overseeing significant projects across multiple states. Additionally, Steven spent nearly two decades at Turner Construction, where various roles were undertaken, including Project Executive and Project Superintendent. Steven's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management & Engineering from Michigan State University.
