Renai Blake has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Change & Communication Lead for a Global ERP Transformation Project at EDL since April 2015. Renai also held various HR roles at EDL, including People and Culture Manager and HR Business Partner, providing support to approximately 130 employees across operational and corporate functions. Prior HR experience includes roles at GD Engineering & Construction and Golding Contractors Pty Ltd, as well as a HR Coordinator position at Consolidated Contractors Company Australia. Renai started in the HR field as a Personnel/HR Administrator at the Public & Commercial Services Union. Renai holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Employment Relations and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from Griffith University.
