Nikki Serhat (Cortese), PMP has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nikki started their career in 1999 as an Inside Sales Representative at Earthweb. From 2001 to 2016, they worked at Pearson in roles such as 1:1 Program/Project Manager and Professional Development Manager. In 2016, they briefly worked as a Program Manager at iLawVentures before returning to Pearson as a Senior Project Manager and a Customer Success Manager until 2020. Nikki then joined Savvas Learning Co as a Senior Customer Success Manager from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they became a Senior Impact Manager at BookNook. Currently, Nikki works at Edmentum as a Regional Services Director - NYC and as a Director of Customer Success.

Nikki Serhat (Cortese), PMP has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from West Virginia University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Nikki also holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Long Island University-Rockland Campus, which they started in 2008. In 2017, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and the Customer Success Management certification from Gainsight.
