Theresia Hermes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and optimization across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Eightfold since July 2024, Theresia previously held various leadership roles at Symphony Talent from January 2020 to July 2024, including Vice President positions in Optimization, Process & Program Management, and Customer Success. During that tenure, significant contributions were made to enhance Client onboarding strategies and uphold client relationships with major enterprises. Theresia's earlier career includes a Strategic Director role at Virgin Pulse, where a global rollout to 100 countries was successfully led, and various positions at EY and Towers Watson focusing on transfer pricing and talent management. Theresia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Duisburg-Essen.
