Rachel Brethauer

Rachel Brethauer, CCP, is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards & People Operations at Edmentum since June 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Principal Compensation Consultant at Lockton Companies and held various managerial positions in total rewards and compensation across several companies, including ICL Group, Bass Pro Shops, and Prairie State Generating Company. Rachel's career began as a Tax Clerk at Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation and includes multiple roles in compensation analysis and consulting. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Webster University and has a strong educational background from Murray State University and Sparta High School.
