Taryn Baker

Taryn Baker has a diverse range of work experience in the education and technology industries. Taryn most recently worked at Edmentum as the Director of Production Support, where they oversaw the full development life cycle of products and implemented strategic planning and continuous improvement processes. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager of Business Operations, responsible for creating standard operating procedures and managing the budget and contracts for vendors and contractors. Taryn also has experience in content design and development, leading teams and partnering with vendors to scale content production while maintaining quality and managing budgets. Taryn has a background in teaching STEM subjects at various grade levels and has emphasized curriculum development, digital learning, and STEM education throughout their career. Taryn also worked as the Head of Content at Numerade, where they led efforts to significantly increase content production and improve workflows. Overall, Taryn's work experience highlights their expertise in product operations, content development, and educational leadership.

Taryn Baker received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Texas Woman's University in 2009. Taryn later pursued a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction at The University of Texas at Arlington from 2015 to 2016. Taryn also holds additional certifications, including a Teaching License in Composite Science for grades 6-12 obtained in June 2009, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Agile Foundations certification.
